Event Details

The 2026 Maine Go Red for Women Luncheon will take place on Thursday, March 19 from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM at the Holiday Inn By The Bay in Portland. The format is a bit different this year and we are excited to offer a shorter, more impactful program followed by a new, interactive and fun Go Red pop-up experience.

The event begins at 11:00 AM with networking and silent auction hosted by 101.9 POR’s Courtney Ross. From 11:45 AM-12:50 PM, the main program — emceed by Channel 8 WMTW’s Kathleen Jordan — will feature a special guest survivor speaker, the presentation of our Crystal Heart Award and how the American Heart Association is making an impact in Maine.

Be sure to stay for the new Go Red pop-up experience from 12:50 PM-2:00 PM to visit all of the stations that we hope will provide the inspiration and tools needed to embrace a heart-healthy lifestyle and also to have some fun! We are excited to bring back our Survivor VIP Lounge, which was new last year, hosted by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Heart disease and stroke survivors will have an opportunity to connect with one another and receive some special goodies.

Parking Information:
Parking is complimentary at the Holiday Inn By the Bay parking lot AND garage adjacent to the hotel. Please do not park under the hotel, as that is reserved for hotel guests only. If the parking garage is full, there is public parking across the street at the Civic Center and street parking within walking distance of the event venue. Be sure to mention you’re there for the Go Red for Women Luncheon to the parking attendant.
