Bid with Heart Annual Auction

Bid With Heart Annual Auction We invite you to be part of a unique opportunity to participate in the American Heart Association Maine Go Red for Women celebration helping to fight cardiovascular disease in women. Our annual luncheon highlights companies and individuals in our community who are giving back. One of the components of the Go Red for Women celebration is a silent auction featuring a range of experiences and items donated by friends of heart. Over 600 guests will have the opportunity to bid on an array of packages! As an auction donor, you/your company will enjoy recognition on our mobile bidding website. The auction opens one week before the event and closes during the luncheon. Auction packages are valued between $100-$600 and sometimes packaged together with several themed items. The more unique the package, the better. We appreciate any donation you can give - jewelry, gift cards, locally-made items, travel packages, family-friendly experiences, etc. To confirm your donation, please complete the auction donation form on our event website and contact Lindsay Colle, Go Red for Women Development Director to lindsay.colle@heart.org, to arrange pick-up/drop-off of your item by February 28. Steps to submit an auction item donation:

  1. Fill out our Auction Item Donation Form by February 7, 2025.
  2. Look out for an email from an AHA Staff or Volunteer who will confirm your donation details and arrange delivery/pickup of the item/package. 
  3. All items should be received by February 28, 2025. If you are mailing/dropping off please send to:
